Glad to be apart of the movement for change. If you get a chance I recommend trying to see the film Food Inc. directed by Robert Kenner. It was launched a couple of weeks ago in the UK and is only available in selected cinemas. I managed to see is last week in Bristol. It contains a very powerful message about the control of corporate and multi-nationals over our food production. It uses mainly US information, but the take home message is universal. Every single person has the power to change things with every fork full of food we place in our mouths. We have the opportunity to think three times a day! Where do we shop? Do we know the source of the food we buy? Do we know what's in the food product and where those ingredients were sourced? Enjoy...
